Our client is a leading investment firm focused on high-growth opportunities within the technology sector across the GCC and MENA region. With a strong track record of successful investments, the firm seeks to expand its team with a dynamic and analytical investment professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end investment process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to assess investment opportunities.
- Develop investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating deal terms.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities within the TMT sector.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, and co-investors.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or transaction advisory.
- Strong exposure to the TMT sector.
- Proven experience working in the GCC or MENA region is essential.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a deep understanding of investment structuring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus but not required.
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate; candidates who can travel frequently will also be considered.
