This opportunity is for someone who knows the Technology recruitment market, enjoys building relationships and, importantly, loves the business development side of recruitment. The RoleDevelop and grow our Technology / IT recruitment deskProactively win new business and build your own client portfolioIdentify opportunities, open doors and develop long-term client relationshipsBuild on Inspire Selection's existing network and reputationNegotiate Terms of Business confidentlyAttend networking and industry eventsManage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placementSource, headhunt, shortlist and closeDeliver an excellent client and candidate experienceConsistently bill and grow your deskWhat We're Looking For3–4+ years' experience in agency recruitment, specialising in Technology / ITA proven track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accountsA genuine appetite for sales, networking and developing client relationshipsStrong understanding of the Technology recruitment marketUAE recruitment experience preferredCommercially driven, confident and entrepreneurialGravitas, credibility and excellent communication skillsSomeone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive teamWhat You Can ExpectExceptional earning potentialStrong billers earn at least 2x what they earned in large agenciesUnlimited annual leaveNo office politics or box-ticking KPIsCommission paid as soon as the client paysVisa and medical insuranceAccess to established clients, databases and job portalsAn experienced, supportive team who genuinely enjoy what they doIf you're an experienced Technology Recruiter who enjoys winning business as much as filling roles, we'd love to hear from you.
