Seeking a Retail Supervisor for one of our luxury boutiques in Dubai with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Fluent in Russian is a must.

Team Management

1. Plan and implement weekly schedules, taking into consideration store operations and the required coverage.
2. Assist in managing the Store team's shifts ensuring optimum coverage.
3. Check personal presentation of the team and ensure that all employees in the store respect company policy, uniform, and personal appearance policy (makeup, personal hygiene, etc.).
4. Conduct impactful briefing sessions in the absence of the Store Manager (example: sales update and targets, policies, HR updates, etc.).
5. Follow up on assigned duties to employees within the store.
6. Monitor the team's performance ensuring the implementation of effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Sales and Commercial

1. Support the team to achieve sales targets and make sure that the sales momentum is always maintained.
2. Identify challenges faced by the store team in meeting the Sales Targets and support in overcoming them.
3. Monitor the implementation of the Retail SOPs.
4. Support with the implementation of in-store and window displays, designs, and look to enhance the store's image.

Customer Focus

1. As much as possible, support with creating arrangements according to client's requirements and in respect of the company's design standards.
2. Support with the selection of flowers and foliage for floral arrangements, working with the team of florists to develop new creations.
3. Ensure that all Customer Service standards prescribed by the company are adhered to including a welcoming meet & greet.
4. Ensure all displayed products are properly priced.

Inventory and Stock Control

1. Monitor the store inventory and report to the management on the shortage of inventory and wastage.
2. Implement procedures set by the Store Manager to enable the placement of orders to purchase flowers and supplies from distributors.
3. Monitor and manage fresh flowers wastage and ensure that it's kept at a minimum, by continuously reviewing sales patterns, customer preferences, accounting for peak times, and ordering fresh flowers accordingly.
4. Oversee cash transaction entry and management: petty cash, POS cash transactions, cash floats and ensure that cash is deposited promptly once the cash limit is reached.

Administrative Duties

1. Comply with store opening and closing SOPs.
2. Complete reports in a timely manner (Daily Sales Report, Weekly business report, attendance report, etc.).

Required skills and experience:

1. Good working knowledge of computers.
2. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
5. Organizational skills.
6. Fluency in English and Arabic.
7. Floristry skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
8. Experience working with luxury brands.
