Head of Trading Intelligence & Analytics Build Finotive's Entire Trading Intelligence Division Finotive is creating a dedicated Trading Intelligence Division — a high-level quantitative and analytical unit responsible for understanding trader behaviour, modelling evaluation flow, analysing multi-platform trade activity, and generating the intelligence that drives decisions across our ecosystem. This role sits at the centre of that mission. You will design the analytical architecture behind our prop trading environment across MT5, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker .You will build and lead the team that executes it.You will define the standards, systems, and modelling frameworks.And the intelligence you create will guide product development, platform configuration, evaluation logic, operational decisions, and strategic initiatives across Finotive. This is a senior technical leadership role — complex, multidisciplinary, and critical to the evolution of our trading ecosystem. About Finotive Finotive is building a complete in-house ecosystem that spans fintech infrastructure, prop trading technology, and brokerage systems. Every execution layer, evaluation model, dashboard, data pipeline, and analytical tool is internal — allowing us to innovate rapidly and maintain full control over the end-to-end trading experience.Recent advancements include: Multi-platform trading across MT5, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker Refined evaluation rules and scaling frameworks Advanced dashboards for trader insights and platform utilisation Real-time internal monitoring of evaluation progression Expansion of our global infrastructure and trading environment Your division will become the intelligence engine powering these systems. Your Mission — Build the Intelligence Function From Zero This is a foundational leadership role , not an addition to an existing team. You will architect: Behavioural clustering and segmentation frameworks Evaluation lifecycle and progression modelling Real-time monitoring and alerting systems Dashboards for product, risk, operations, and leadership And you will hire and lead: Quantitative analysts Data scientists Dashboard and insights engineers This division will become Finotive's internal hub for trading intelligence — supporting every major team in the company. Cross-Functional Collaboration (High-Level Overview) You will work closely with the teams that rely on your intelligence to shape decisions: Risk & Platform Operations Evaluation logic, platform configuration, exposure frameworks, and operational decision-making. Backend Development / Data Engineering Multi-platform data ingestion, normalisation, and scalable pipelines. UI/UX & Dashboard Engineering Transforming models into intuitive dashboards and internal tools. Product Management Supporting evaluation rules, scaling models, consistency metrics, and product features. Compliance & Fraud Prevention Providing behavioural insight for anomaly detection and identity verification. Senior Leadership Delivering behavioural intelligence, performance modelling, and strategic recommendations. Your First Months at Finotive Month 1: Full Ecosystem Audit & Rapid Intelligence Delivery You will conduct a comprehensive audit of trading activity across MT5, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker — analysing behaviour patterns, instrument utilisation, evaluation flow, cluster anomalies, and platform interaction characteristics.You will deliver rapid early insights: key observations, structural findings, and priority recommendations based on your initial assessment. Months 2–3: Targeted Improvements & Early Frameworks You will begin implementing targeted improvements, building early analytical pipelines, refining segmentation models, and producing actionable reports that support product, platform, and operational decisions — while shaping the long-term intelligence architecture. Months 4–6: Foundational System Design You will construct the core foundations: Real-time monitoring layers Dashboards for Risk, Product, and Leadership Month 6+: Team Construction & Scaling You will hire and lead a specialised analytical team — expanding the division into a high-performance capability supporting product, risk, engineering, compliance, and senior leadership. Technical Environment You will work with: Dashboards — Power BI, Tableau, internal systems Tools — JupyterLab, VSCode, GitHub, Slack, Tuple, TablePlus Platforms — MT5, Match-Trader, TradeLocker Who You Are A senior quantitative leader who: Understands MT5, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker data structures Understands prop trading evaluation models and synthetic capital systems Can architect analytical systems at scale Models behavioural clusters, microstructure patterns, and evaluation flow Has mastery of Python + SQL Communicates clearly across risk, product, engineering, and leadership Can build and lead a high-performance intelligence team Operates effectively at both system-level and detail-level depth If you think in models, understand trader behaviour, and convert raw data into structured intelligence — this is your role.
