We are currently looking for Mid level – Informatica Developer for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions. Skill Sets: Core Skills: Informatica PowerCenter: proficient in using Informatica PowerCenter for ETL processes including the ability to design, develop and maintain data integration workflows. Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling concepts and best practices including star and snowflake schemas. Technical Skills: ETL Development: Strong understanding of ETL concepts and hands‑on experience in building data pipelines for data extraction, transformation and loading. SQL Proficiency: Solid SQL skills for querying relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and performing data validation. Source Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing code and configurations. Integration Skills: Data Quality and Profiling: Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Integration with Other Tools: Experience integrating Informatica with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hadoop, cloud services) for data movement and synchronization. Development Practices: Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments participating in sprint planning and reviews. Performance Tuning: Skills in optimizing ETL processes for performance and efficiency including troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks. Soft Skills: Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Experience working in cross‑functional teams fostering a collaborative work environment. Optional Skills: Informatica Cloud: Familiarity with Informatica Cloud services for data integration and management. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Informatica Developer Certification) can be an advantage. Knowledge of Big Data Technologies: Understanding of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for working with large datasets. Experience: 4 to 5 years. Joining Time Frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
