About Your Team Our team thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation. As the hub for all technical and design coordination during the tender stage, we work closely with consultants, internal teams, subcontractors, and the supply chain to deliver submissions that are complete, compliant, and competitive. Together, we ensure every technical detail is aligned with client expectations, transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that set the foundation for project success. Your Role As a Technical Manager, you will - Ensure the tender information is complete and any gaps are dealt with. - Engage consultants to provide support during the tender stage. - Obtain and understand supply chain information. - Present the technical solution by means of a presentation and book 1/video. - Resolving information requirements to enable the tender process. - Prepare Design Consultants RFP, adjudicate fee proposals, appoint and manage consultants. - Contractor design review, contract, specifications and drawings. - Package manager and subcontractors interface in terms of scope, method, attendances and program. - Extract and study information from the supply chain to develop methodology, attendances and program. - Organize and attend site visits with subcontractors to study the site and develop logistics and methodology. - Review subcontractors submissions and provide feedback. - Leading workshops with package managers, subcontractors, QS, estimators and the technical team. - Provide technical information from package managers for the incorporation into book 1 / video. - Compile and keep relevant the technical presentation (start up, mid bid client and finalization). - Review and approve presentations and book 1 / video before submission. What We're Looking For Education - Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Technical Skills - Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes for building projects. - Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience - Minimum 15 years in construction, with at least 5 years at a Main Contractor. - 15 years in tendering; site experience. - Fluent in written and spoken English. Core Skills - Strong numerical and analytical ability. - Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to new systems and technologies.
