As a Studio Operator, you'll be at the heart of the action—managing our podcast studio, handling professional camera and lighting setups, and contributing to top-tier content creation. Exchange participants will gain hands-on experience in a high-energy environment, expand their creative and technical skills, and work with a passionate team that's redefining media in the UAE.

Position: Podcast Studio Operator

We are looking for a hands-on, creative individual to manage our podcast studio operations and ensure seamless video production.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage studio equipment (cameras, lights, microphones)
2. Operate cameras and adjust lighting during recordings
3. Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
4. Maintain the studio's equipment and workspace
5. Support post-production with basic video editing (optional but a plus)
6. Ensure high-quality audio and video output
7. Collaborate with podcast hosts and guests to create an engaging environment

Minimum Requirements:

Backgrounds: Media Arts (Required)

Skills: Visual Studio (Required), Communication (Required), Technical Support (Required)

Languages: Any Nationality

Education: Bachelor (Required)

Logistics:

What you'll be provided with during your stay:

1. Leadership space
2. AIESEC will be providing leadership training during your experience.
3. Work Visa - You will require this visa for the duration of the opportunity.
4. You will require health insurance for the duration of the opportunity.
