Merchandising and Buying Manager - Retail (Befit - Fitness) TP

Responsibilities:

- Manage the buying cycle for products in retail.
- Supplier relationship and GTM strategy on product/season launch.
- Negotiate on terms - Product delivery, Payment, and shipping.
- Uphold the entry and exit margins.
- Market and competitor analysis to understand requirements by closely working with Key Suppliers and retail store team.
- Coordinate with Supply chain to ensure timely receipt of product and launch.
- Train staff on new innovation and technology as part of Go To Market process.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sector.
- Strong retail experience in a similar planning role; solid financial background in a retail environment is a must.
- Excellent analytical & computer skills; result-focused and data-oriented; excellent level of English; Arabic is a plus.
