Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams throughout all construction phases.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the construction industry. Successful track record of delivering large-scale High-Rise and Mid-Rise building projects. GCC construction experience is mandatory. Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring project quality and timely completion. Strong knowledge of: High-rise and mid-rise building constructionProject planning, execution, and contract managementConstruction quality, safety standards, and project controls Estimated Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
