With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets. As a Junior Concept Architect reporting into the Lead Concept Architect, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. Responsibilities include - Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts. - Conduct research on materials, technologies, and architectural styles. - Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals for clients. - Create digital and physical models to visualize design ideas. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions. - Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards. - Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings. Here's what you'll need - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. - Should have at least 3 year experience in concept design - Must have Revit BIM experience
