Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage procurement packages, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets etc
- Oversee sourcing and contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ESG principles.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Lead procurement planning, negotiation, and contract management for large-scale real estate projects. Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- CIPS certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in procurement within real estate and construction procurement.
- Extensive experience working with developers in the UAE is essential.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
