In this role, you will support line manager to manage supplier relationships across contract management, performance management and relationship management. You will handle a variety of tasks ranging from initial supplier negotiations to more transactional duties including RFQ, purchase order entry, delivery tracking etc and collaborate across the organization to ensure the team has the information, tools, and processes in place to drive success. Key responsibilities: Support the line manager in procurement and supplier management activities, Including strategic suppliers, technology OEM s, contract and pricing agreement negotiations, project management, and supplier performance reporting. Support purchasing projects and define objectives, resources, timelines, specifications, supplier selection criteria in close collaboration with the business Manage representatives of strategic supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality and service as well as minimize risks for operations Tracking and monitoring of KPI / Management Information of supplier delivery versus contract and in particular and link and payment against risk/reward model. Developing and driving supplier improvement plans when performance is not at required standard. Developing and agreeing supplier account plans to drive the relationship forwards and maximize value. Tracking and monitoring of financial performance of supplier delivery versus business requirements and/or contractual commitments. Ensuring supplier performance & contractual delivery is optimized , be operating as the central point of contact for the Suppliers. Ensuring relevant financial controls are in place to assess cost/price consistency & avoidance of irregularities Support line managet to ensure that contract management systems related to vendor contracts is current and accurate. Implement contract deliverables and obligations, as well as stakeholder expectations, are met Monitor contract conditions and events (duration, consequences, losses), deadlines, milestones and contract-related correspondence and act accordingly. Provide coaching / consulting to line management on procuremetn operations process as required Coach specialists to take ownership of their Learning and Development needs. Demonstrate ongoing commitment to participation in professional development as per organisational policy and procedure. Adhere to the Code of Conduct in a manner that is consistent with both its spirit and intent. Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and practices Act with honesty, integrity and good faith at all times. Experience and Education: • Bachelors / Master s Degree (Supply Chain, Technology, Business) preferable • 2-5 years of relevant Sourcing & Procurement experience with experience in supporting cost reduction projects, value improvement programs, basic contracting, eSourcing and spot buying, preferably in a technology industry required Key Skills: • Demonstrated understanding of some or the entire major spend categories and potential cost levers or market fundamentals. • Demonstrated understanding of some / all of the major technologies and Supply direct spend categories and potential cost levers or market fundamentals • Proficient in Procurement specific systems and processes for the efficient management of sourcing events and contract negotiations (e.g. eSourcing, eAuction) with familiarity and awareness of relevant legal risks and issues • Experience or demonstrated understanding in Category Management principles and frameworks and the development of sourcing strategies • Proven Financial and Business Acumen. • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment with multi-project and multi-product technology organization. • Experience in providing customer support globally. • Experience or knowledge of offshore or shared service operating environments. • Demonstrated ability in collating, organizing, analyzing, visualizing and reporting complex financial data with solid grounding in basic procurement and financial processes and systems. • Documented international strategic sourcing, category management and / or cost reduction experience • Experience with enterprise systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Procurement / procure-to-pay tools • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated understanding of how to translate business requirements into Procurement operations and specifications with the best value and customer service in mind. • Strong people/stakeholder skills, and have demonstrated capability in upwards management, with the ability to appropriately and respectfully challenge. • Strong analytical, negotiation and team-building skills. • Self-starter, team player, effective leader and able to work in a cross-cultural environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills #KATIM
