Branding, PR and Social Media Senior Associate – Elemis Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seven decades. As a hybrid luxury retailer, the Group curates a portfolio of more than 10 owned brands and supports over 400 international names in luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre categories. It offers seamless omnichannel experiences across >950 stores, online platforms, and mobile apps. What You'll Be Doing Grow local brand awareness and increase desirability of Elemis in the region through PR, social, digital, influencer, and content strategies. Define brand awareness strategy leveraging digital, social, PR and influencer investments in line with the marketing calendar. Elaborate a consistent content strategy using global and local assets. Align with digital and performance marketing teams on investments and content to boost the brand. Allocate brand investments in digital and PR in collaboration with the Brand Director and Marketing Manager. Implement marketing partnerships with local brands and artists. Elevate brand values and commitments to enhance the brand DNA in the region. Present and collaborate with global PR and digital teams in London and Paris. Build an influencer strategy aligned with brand values. Identify and recruit key influencers, negotiate contracts, secure FOC profiles, and develop campaigns. Lead creation of press kits and product seeding. Lead PR event planning and execution, including theme, mood board, production, and guest list. Manage relationships with the PR agency, lead briefings and follow‐ups. Adapt and produce content (photo, video, graphic) based on the content strategy. Create monthly content calendars for social media channels. Upload and adapt content weekly to fit each channel in Arabic and English. Handle community management across platforms. Coordinate paid digital budgets with the digital team. Track key PR KPIs such as ROI, EMV, engagement rate and coverage. Analyze organic social performance and boosted content. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor influencers' accounts. What You'll Need to Succeed 3–5 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably in the beauty/skincare or fashion industry. Experience within the GCC region. Arabic language skills (preferable). Outgoing, creative team player with a passion for beauty/skincare.
