What You'll Do
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
- Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Support customer financing and payment collection What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or the wider GCC
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction heavy equipment sales and/or rental machinery sales is mandatory.
- GCC-based experience in a current or most recent role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the construction and equipment market, with an established client network; UAE market knowledge is required.
- Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
- A valid UAE Driving License is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Preference will be given to candidates with an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
