Job Title: Procurement Executive-TEMPORARY

Contract Duration: 3 Months-Extendable

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: Finance Department

Role Type: Outsourced, Short Term, Temporary, On-Site

Working Days & Hours: 05 days, 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
2. Strong proficiency in Oracle
3. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather purchase requirements from team
2. Raise purchase requisition on Oracle or place the order with inventory
3. Follow up requests (on pending approvals). Ensure the purchase process is smooth and fast.
4. Support RFX process. Coordinate with business stakeholders in drafting RFX.
5. Provide receiving to the procurement for the services delivered
6. Follow-up on the pending payments (overdue) with Finance, if required
7. Act as PoC between IS and procurement process and ensure smooth working
8. Coordinate on FTC Timesheets (TS)
9. Support other admin initiatives
