Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of facility services ensuring a safe functional and efficient work environment for all occupants Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities including repairs preventative maintenance and vendor management to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan Manage and monitor budgets for facility operations including utilities maintenance contracts and supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines Implement and maintain facility-related policies and procedures ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues promptly addressing and resolving complaints requests and emergencies Manage and maintain building security systems including access control surveillance and alarm systems to protect assets and personnel Coordinate space planning and allocation including office layouts renovations and moves to optimize space utilization and support business needs Manage vendor relationships including negotiating contracts monitoring performance and ensuring quality service delivery Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential issues ensure compliance and proactively address maintenance needs Prepare and present reports on facility performance including key performance indicators KPIs to management providing insights and recommendations for improvementShould have UAE driving LicensePossesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of building systems and operations. Holds relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) or equivalent.
Proven experience working in a corporate or commercial environment, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other facility management software.
Exhibits strong technical skills in building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Displays excellent soft skills, including communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A working proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
