Role Overview:

RPS is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundation of our students' educational journey by creating a stimulating, engaging, and supportive environment.

Successful candidates will have:

1. Bachelor's Degree with QTS or PGCE in Early Years Education or international equivalent.
2. A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
3. Proven track record of working with children aged 3 years – 5 years.
4. Experience of working in a British curriculum school.
5. A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to teaching.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Experience of adding value to a reputable educational organisation.
8. Experience of working as a team member in a school environment.
9. Experience of maintaining confidentiality.
10. Experience of working in a multi-cultural setting.
