Security Operations Manager

Job Description The Job - Leading Project team to achieve project objectives effectively. - Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary. - Monitoring project progress and performance. - Liaises with, and updates progress to, Client and G4S senior management. - Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs. - Supervise the team; resolve day-to-day issues of the project and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. - Investigate incidents and report to Client representatives. - Ensure all guards are trained as per site instruction and maintain appropriate records. - Oversee HSE responsibility of the project. - Daily administrative functions. - Update, compile post and site instructions. - Ensure all correspondence with customers are dealt with in a professional manner in line with G4S policy. - Adherence to HSE and Quality Management System procedures and its performance Core Competencies: - Understanding the organizational environment - Understanding the organization's goals and objectives - Supporting and working with others - Delivering objectives - Dealing with complexity - Sharing & co-operating - Acting professionally - Delivering great customer services - Dealing with changing circumstances Selection Criteria: - Minimum of Higher Secondary Education from a reputable educational institution - Minimum of 5 years security experience from a private security services, military, or police. - Must possess a SIRA Security Supervisor license. - A valid UAE Driving license is a must. - Strong English communication skills, verbal and written - Ability to supervise and motivate a team - Excellent customer service skills
