Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Editorial Producer to support and lead the editorial strategy and production for Ounass. This position is essential in managing the department's schedule and workflow while ensuring high-quality storytelling and visuals that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. The role involves overseeing all shoots, handling administrative and budgetary tasks, and collaborating with fashion editors and art directors across multiple business channels.

What you will be doing

1. Develop and execute an editorial campaigns strategy that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.
2. Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and produce visuals for online editorials, social media shoots, influencer profiles, and still shoots.
3. Lead the production of editorial shoots, managing pre- and post-production activities including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with key stakeholders.
4. Plan and oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of content.
5. Manage and optimize shoot budgets, sourcing new talent, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to align editorial content with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance editorial content and e-commerce strategies.

What we are looking for?

1. Bachelor's degree in Production, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7+ years in e-commerce production with a strong background in editorial content creation and shoot production.
3. Proven experience in developing engaging editorial strategies that enhance brand awareness and conversion.
4. Strong leadership abilities to mentor and manage a creative team.
5. Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for compelling visuals.
6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
7. Hands-on experience in shoot production, including vendor negotiations, location scouting, and talent management.
8. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners while fostering new collaborations.
