Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant, based in Dubai. The individual will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with teams and clients. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth office operations, and balancing multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications - Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance - Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities - Proficiency in General Administration tasks - Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure organizational efficiency - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite - 0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
