Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years real estate developer DLD affairs background is essential
2. Communication skills (written & spoken) in English; Arabic speaker is essential
3. Solid knowledge and experience of real estate laws, RERA regulation, and compliance
4. Expert in developer registration, off plan project registration, escrow account process, and property registration, cancellation, and termination
5. Existing connections at DLD and master developer (DP/Nakheel) are strongly required
