Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
2. Assist in office operations by organizing files, monitoring supplies, and ensuring a well-maintained workspace.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for office-related requirements.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
5. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
6. Support HR and finance teams with administrative duties such as document processing and record-keeping.
7. Ensure compliance with office policies and company procedures.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
6. Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field preferred.
