Key Responsibilities

- Manage Design Process: Oversee all design phases from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Consultant Coordination: Lead and manage architectural, engineering, and design consultants, ensuring deliverables meet quality and budget expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including development, commercial, and construction teams, to integrate design seamlessly into project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize designs without compromising quality, functionality, or aesthetics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in design management within a real estate development company or consultancy.
- Strong track record of managing external consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working on residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, planning regulations, and industry best practices.
