Overview As part of our continued expansion, Richmond Properties is seeking an accomplished Associate Director – Secondary Market to join our leadership team. This is a senior opportunity for a proven real estate professional who is ready to take ownership of our secondary sales division while helping shape the future growth of the company. About the Role The Associate Director will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a profitable secondary market team. You will work closely with senior management to drive performance, develop talent, and ensure consistent revenue growth in one of Dubai’s most competitive real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of secondary market brokers - Drive revenue performance through effective sales strategies and market positioning - Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents as the business scales - Implement training, coaching, and performance management frameworks - Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression - Strengthen developer, landlord, and investor relationships - Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards - Contribute to overall business strategy alongside senior leadership Requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dubai real estate, with strong secondary market expertise - Proven leadership background managing high-performing sales teams - Consistent personal track record of strong sales performance - Deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market, trends, and regulations - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Highly driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented What We Offer - Senior leadership role within a rapidly expanding brokerage - Highly competitive commission structure and performance incentives - Strong marketing, admin, and operational support - Clear progression into Director-level leadership - Premium office environment and brand presence Why Join Richmond Properties?
