The Solution Architect is the strategic bridge between business vision and technical execution. This role is not about coding it's about orchestration, systems thinking, and architectural clarity. You will work closely with the CEO, CPO/CDO, Product teams, ML engineers, and fashion technologists to design the blueprint, align cross-functional teams, and ensure every component of this platform integrates seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Translating Business Goals into Technical Requirements - Solution Design & Architecture Planning - Cross-Functional Orchestration & Harmonization Requirements: - Proven experience in technology with progression from engineering to architecture or technical leadership. - Strong understanding of system architecture fundamentals: design patterns, trade-offs, scaling principles. - Experience designing solutions across domains such as e-commerce, SaaS, AI/ML platforms. - Conceptual understanding of AI/ML workflows: training, inference, model behavior, data quality metrics. - Good grasp of data architecture basicspipelines, ETL/ELT, schemas, data modelling. - Strong communication skills and ability to extract clarity from vague or evolving requirements. - Project management fundamentals: planning, tracking, Agile/Scrum practices. - Ability to create visual documentation such as architecture diagrams, user flows, and wireframes. Nice-to-Have - Familiarity with AI Agents, automated workflows, and agentic AI. - Fashion or beauty industry exposure. - Experience with ROI-driven decision-making and business outcome metrics. - Experience with ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based ML platforms.
