A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Treasury Manager for their team in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring timely and smooth treasury operations and liquidity management.
- Develop strategies for FX, interest rate, and commodity price risks.
- Negotiate terms for credit facilities, guarantees, and payment structures with banks and financial institutions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities adhering to risk policies.
- Lead a team of treasury professionals, conduct regular performance assessments, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, IFRS, and industry-specific financial standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. An MBA/CFA/CPA/CTP is preferred.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of treasury experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Multinational/pharma experience is a plus.
- Expertise in FX risk, cash management, trade finance, and TMS/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of GCC banking practices, tax treaties, and export incentives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
