- Lead day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring their focus on cleaning tasks.
- Delegate cleaning responsibilities and oversee the team’s overall performance, including subcontracted services. Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with cleaning standards following industry best practices.
- Manage scope and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to uphold the company’s reputation. Training and Documentation
- Provide fundamental cleaning training to staff, covering standard machinery operation.
- Maintain attendance records and implement effective documentation processes for contracts.
- Regularly communicate with clients for reporting purposes. Technology Implementation
- Support integrating computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems for improved reporting efficiency.
- Guide schedule changes and enhancements to the CAFM department. Safety and Incident Reporting
- Report cleaning-related tasks and incidents related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Resource Management
- Conduct regular inventory audits of fixed assets.
- Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and other consumables, ensuring efficient usage. Reporting and Monitoring
- Generate completion reports and monitor resource consumption to ensure efficiency. By fulfilling these responsibilities effectively, you’ll contribute significantly to maintaining high service standards, client satisfaction, and the company’s overall positive reputation in the soft services domain. Required Skills for Success
- Proficient in staff management.
- Skilled in operations management, including planning and organizing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Qualifications for the Role
- A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the UAE.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Completion of at least secondary level education.
- Preferred experience and comprehension of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) usage and functions.
