The Coordinator of Social Media Influencers will be responsible for coordinating and managing relationships with social media influencers that align with the company's overall operations. This role will involve identifying and interacting with influencers, negotiating contracts, managing campaign deliverables, and tracking results. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and contact influencers for the company's campaigns

2. Negotiate contracts with social media influencers

3. Manage campaign deliverables, including content creation, scheduling, reporting, and tracking campaign results

4. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

5. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute social media marketing strategies

6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2. 2+ years of experience in coordination

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

4. Experience with content creation and scheduling

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Must be socially active, smart, and able to take the initiative
