20. Incident and Complaint Management: Oversee investigations and reporting of all incidents, complaints, and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to mitigate future risks.
21. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead daily VOR (Vehicle Off-Road) meetings between Operations, Maintenance, and external contractors/suppliers to resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Electromechanical) or equivalent from a recognized University. 8+ years of experience in a related field.
