WhizzHR Is Hiring | Software Sales Executive

Job Type
Full-Time | Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping businesses adopt innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a WFO environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
