Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / EstimatorCompany: KEE Design & Build Interior Decoration LLCIndustry: Interior Fit-Out & ConstructionEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesExperience: Mid-level experience in FF&E and interior fit-outQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldSalary: AED 6,000–10,000 per month (estimated)Eligibility: UAE-based applicants preferred; overseas applications will not be consideredRole OverviewKEE Design & Build Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with interior fit-out experience to support project costing, quantity measurement, tender preparation, and accurate bid submissions in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with project and internal teams to prepare competitive estimates, evaluate materials and supplier quotations, and support effective budgeting and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and detailed cost estimatesReview project drawings, specifications, and tender documentsAssist with tender preparation, pricing, and bid submissionsEvaluate interior fit-out materials, supplier quotations, and project costsCoordinate with project teams to support accurate budgeting and timely deliveryRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMid-level experience in FF&E and interior fit-out projectsStrong expertise in quantity take-offs, costing, BOQ preparation, estimation, and tenderingGood understanding of interior fit-out materials, specifications, and supplier networksUAE experience is preferredStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesUAE-based applicants are preferred; applications from outside the UAE will not be consideredKnowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, interior materials, and project costing
