What You'll Do
Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential properties. Build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners. Present suitable off-plan and ready-property opportunities. Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations. Develop a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful transactions. Stay ahead of market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities. Achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the UAE. Knowledge of the local property market and leading developers. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. A self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset. A commitment to professionalism, client relationships, and performance. Valid UAE driving licence and own car (required for client viewings). Why VIP Brokerage?
