Chief Analyst - Research and Development Job purposeThe role is responsible to apply research & knowledge management concepts and practices across RTA and manage and coordinate RTA research and development and ensure the successful implementation of related policies according to the framework and stated guidelines in the RTA. Key Results Accountabilities Analyzes knowledge management maturity results, KPIs and highlights challenges and areas of improvement Provides direct support to implement all KM events and ensures all relevant issues are addressed and handled properly Prepares & conducts knowledge management audit across all RTA agencies and sectors as per the plan Effectively follows up on the implementation of all recommendations regarding section reports in coordination with all concerned agencies and sectors and identifies challenges and works to address them Monitors the Research and Development initiatives and framework at RTA & raises recommendations Creates analytical reports that reflect the actual performance of all RTA's departments on executing the KM plan along with suggesting recommendations for improvement Any additional responsibilities as advised by the section manager or Director Manages & implements activities and initiatives to emphasize research at RTA Monitors & develops special topics related to research and studies between RTA and its partners. Oversees effective implementation of KM concepts, methodologies and practices across RTA's sectors and agencies Ensures proper communication and provides support to all sectors and agencies about implementing KM concepts and practices in their departments Develops and manages research management system to approve new processes and policies Develops and implements programs that promote a culture of research at the corporate level Prepares periodic reports on performance indicators and initiatives for research for RTA and makes necessary recommendations Qualifications Design Thinking Implementation Management Business Reporting Research & Development Benchmarking Research Education Bachelor's degree in engineering or Applied Sciences or Business Management Required Nationality UAE Only Monthly Salary Unspecified Schedule-Time Full time Job Posting 17/12/2025 Unposting Date 16/01/2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
