Job Description

We are inviting candidates who are able to drive energy into the company along with the ability to think outside of the box for the role of Maison Leader. Job Purpose The Maison Leader operates as the overall Manager on Duty in the absence of Departmental Managers and Directors. The role ensures maximum guest satisfaction in line with DAMAC Hotels & Resorts standards through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of hotel operations and administration. Qualifications &

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 5-star hotel, preferably with Arabic language proficiency
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality
- Certification in Front Office Operations and Health & Safety
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Desk Operations, VIP welcoming protocols, MS Office Applications, and Opera PMS
- High level of verbal and written English communication skills
