As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will ensure the quality and taste of the pizzas by following recipes and using fresh ingredients. This role requires culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
2. Monitor and maintain quality control to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
3. Adhere to proper food handling and safety guidelines.
4. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
5. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
6. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
7. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
8. Collaborate with management and team members on menu development and new pizza creations.
9. Follow sanitation and hygiene procedures in accordance with local health regulations.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new pizza cooking techniques.

Minimum Requirements

1. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
2. Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
3. Knowledge of pizza dough making techniques and various pizza styles.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
