Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to join our team. You will be the bridge between property owners and potential tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Your role involves managing client relationships, scheduling property showings, preparing lease documentation, and providing end-to-end support throughout the leasing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners.
2. Schedule and conduct property showings based on client requirements.
3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
4. Draft, review, and process lease agreements.
5. Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties.
6. Coordinate with marketing to promote available listings.
7. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
8. Ensure all leasing documents and agreements comply with legal regulations.
9. Resolve client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Track leasing performance metrics and report on progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Familiarity with local real estate laws and market trends is a plus.
