We are looking for a First Aid Trainer who will be an integral part of our training team, assisting in the delivery of comprehensive first aid training to external clients. The primary responsibility will be to educate participants on proper first aid techniques, emergency response procedures, and life-saving interventions.

Main Responsibilities

1. Delivering training sessions to the company's clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both.
2. Ensure that the training content is presented clearly and engagingly, fostering a positive learning environment.
3. Conduct engaging and informative first aid training sessions for external clients.
4. Customize training content to meet the specific needs of diverse industries and client groups with management approval.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Nursing Degree preferred).
2. Certification as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from a recognized organization.
3. Must be approved by authorities in Dubai (DCAS, Trakhees, Other international First Aid Bodies).
4. Train the Trainer Certificate.
5. Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.
6. NEBOSH Level 3 will be an added advantage.
7. Proven experience of at least 3 years (minimum 2 years' experience in UAE) in delivering first aid training either in-house or Third Party in a diverse range of industries.
8. Strong knowledge of first aid principles, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols.
9. Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, eager to learn, and adaptive and flexible attitude.
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
11. Organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and client relationships.
12. Proficient in MS Office tools especially PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.
13. Language proficiency in English and Hindi; other languages will be an added advantage.
14. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
