Job Description
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide development initiatives and suggestions regarding the organizational structure
- Provide the necessary support and advice to stakeholders in the field of organizational development
- Enhance communication with stakeholders in order to evaluate development suggestions relating to organizational structure
- Implement the annual plan to review and update the organizational structure
- Review and update organization roles and responsibilities for all RTA business units to ensure effective organizational structure towards achieving RTA goals as the organization structure evolves
- Prepare studies on the organizational structure and propose areas of improvement in accordance with best practices
- Participate in the preparation of reports related to the organizational structure and submit them to the line manager
- Conduct admin orders related to the organizational structure and its amendments
- Update and disseminate the organizational structure and assigned tasks in the approved systems
- Collect data, research and studies to identify areas for improvement in the organizational structure review policy and awareness-raising workshops Qualifications KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Education

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university. Skills
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
