Area Director of Sales & Marketing - Owned Hotels Join to apply for the Area Director of Sales & Marketing - Owned Hotels role at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel. Our owned hotel portfolio includes one hotel in Dubai and four hotels in Abu Dhabi, strategically positioned in key markets. To drive the continued success and growth of these properties, we are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee sales and marketing performance, strengthen market positioning, and maximize revenue across the portfolio. Key Requirements & Responsibilities - Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across all owned hotels. - Drive commercial performance in line with ownership and brand objectives. - Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing Sales & Marketing teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize yield. - Identify new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility across the portfolio. - Monitor performance and provide clear commercial insights to senior management. - Represent the hotels at key industry events and networking platforms.
