Full-time About NexChemia NexChemia is expanding its operations with a new chemical storage facility in RAKEZ. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, supply chain logistics, and health & safety compliance. Role Overview The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end management of our RAKEZ facility. This role spans inventory control, import/export customs clearance, inbound/outbound logistics coordination, and strict adherence to RAKEZ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards for chemical storage.

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock receiving, storage optimization, order picking, and accurate inventory audits.
- Logistics & Customs Coordination: Handle import/export shipping documentation, customs clearance processes within RAKEZ, freight forwarder coordination, and local/international distribution.
- HSE & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with RAKEZ, local UAE regulations, and international standards for chemical handling, dangerous goods storage, SDS tracking, and facility safety protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and archive all shipping manifests, certificates of analysis (CoA), material safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS), and regulatory documentation.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with RAKEZ authorities, customs brokers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
3–5+ years in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain management—preferably within the chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing sector.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of RAKEZ customs procedures, free zone operational rules, and UAE HSE/dangerous goods regulations.
- Technical

Skills:
Proficiency in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Certifications (Preferred): Hazmat / Dangerous Goods (DG) handling certification is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (Arabic is a plus).
