- Mechanical Engineering degree with relevant HVAC experience.
- Previous experience working with an MEP Contractor.
- Experience in HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical submittals, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of MEP systems within the construction industry.
- Experience in site supervision, coordination, and project execution.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP/HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.
