and business needs. About the ProgrammeThis is a full-time, international opportunity designed for candidates committed to long-term success in financial services. Initial 6–8 week intensive training programme in Malta(next intake January 2027)Progression into a full-time advisory role in Dubai or other global officesFull relocation and onboarding support providedAccess to ongoing training, mentorship, and development frameworksOver the past two decades, this programme has produced a strong pipeline of professionals across wealth management, business development, and financial advisory, many of whom now operate successfully across international markets. What You'll GainPractical exposure to international wealth management and fintechUnderstanding of the client lifecycle, financial analysis, and portfolio structuringHands-on experience with internal systems, tools, and advisory processesA defined pathway toward becoming a Financial Planner or AdvisorSupport with professional qualifications and continued developmentFit and backgroundBackground: University degree in business or finance, OR strong direct sales background. Active desire to relocate to Dubai (visas sponsored).
UK-based IFAs are eligible to apply; experienced IFAs already working overseas may also be considered. UK-recognised financial advisory qualifications (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or equivalent) preferred; support to obtain them may be available.
