Typist And Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately type and format reports, memos, correspondence, and other documents
2. Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
3. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
4. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
5. Prepare and sort documents for data entry and scanning
6. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
8. Assist with administrative support tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
9. Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines strictly
10. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and reports
11. Maintain logs and generate routine data reports as required
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or administration is a plus
2. Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk (1-3 years preferred)
3. Proficient typing skills (minimum 50-60 WPM) with excellent accuracy
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
7. Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
9. Familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners
