The ideal candidate will bring extensive international and UAE experience in civil engineering projects have a proven track record working with engineering consultancy firms. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the client's representative on-site to monitor contractor performance - Ensure construction work meets design drawings, specifications, and quality standards - Approve materials, methods, and progress payments in coordination with the client - Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues - Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for project progress - Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) - 20+ years of overall experience in civil engineering projects - Minimum 8 years of UAE experience - Previous/current experience in an engineering consultancy firm - Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects
