Key Responsibilities
- Advise the Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on critical legal and regulatory matters
- Lead and manage the Legal Department, ensuring effective delivery of legal services and compliance frameworks
- Provide authoritative counsel on corporate law, real estate development, dispute resolution, and litigation
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal submissions
- Oversee compliance with corporate governance frameworks; attend Board meetings to provide legal advice
- Manage dispute settlements and ensure effective implementation of legal decisions
- Conduct advanced legal research and provide strategic insights for business growth
- Serve as the primary liaison with government entities such as the Dubai Land Department and Dubai Economic Development Department Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred from an accredited institution
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in senior legal leadership roles
- Proven expertise in UAE corporate and commercial law, real estate law, litigation, and dispute resolution
- Track record of advising Boards and senior executives with sound and decisive legal guidance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage legal teams
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Native Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English required Why Join Us
