Postiion : Technical Lead Industry : Banking Job

location:
Abu Dhabi Job Role
- Own and manage the technical delivery of Card Issuing, Loan Processing and Customer Onboarding technology initiatives within the bank.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise across Card Management Systems (CMS), issuer processing, card lifecycle management and banking integrations.
- Drive end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, SIT/UAT, certification, deployment and production support.
- Manage integrations with Core Banking, APIs, middleware, digital banking, CRM, fraud systems, payment platforms and other dependent applications.
- Support and troubleshoot end-to-end loan process and customer onboarding workflows, including system integrations, data flows and transaction processing.
- Coordinate with card schemes, processors, technology vendors and internal business/IT teams for delivery, testing, issue resolution and change management.
- Analyze transaction messages, application logs and API traces to identify integration issues and drive RCA and permanent resolution.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, data mappings and acceptance criteria in coordination with business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE banking regulations, payment-scheme requirements, information-security standards and Bank governance.
- The ideal candidate must be hands-on technically and should have proven experience in Card Issuing + Loan Process + Customer Onboarding, rather than being purely a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
