- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and objectives for Retail Banking (covering CASA, Cards, and Payments), ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Lead the product discovery process, prioritize features, and build roadmaps to achieve product goals successfully.
- Collaborate with teams handling current and savings accounts, cards (debit and credit), and payments (both local and international) to create and implement a unified roadmap. This will involve developing consumer-facing features and building a strong platform to support them.
- Partner with other product teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with other areas of the business, such as SME, retail, investments, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Deep understanding of the payments industry and core banking, especially as it transitions from traditional products to modern, customer-centric solutions.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Finance/Treasury, Remittance, Compliance, and Engineering to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Expertise in collaborating with data engineers and scientists to create financial data products and insights (e.g., expense management tools).
- Hands-on, action-oriented mindset, with a track record of leading projects from start to finish, not afraid to dive into the details when necessary.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability; you take full responsibility for building, owning, and managing your product initiatives.
