Job Description Walara Real estate is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experiencedOperations Managerto become the central part of our operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will have full ownership of the administrative, contractual, and financial processes that drive our business. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the local Dubai office. - Act as the main point of contact and manager for Dubai-based staff. - Coordinate with HQ for alignment on policies and performance standards. - Build, Lead, train, and manage the team to achieve company's objectives. - Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project handover. - Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for property registrations, Contract issuance, and title deeds. - Handle land and unit registration processes and ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations. - Monitor and track sales performance metrics, preparing regular management reports. - Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to streamline sales operations. - Ensure all documentation, contracts, and payments are accurately processed and filed. - Support the sales team with administrative assistance, policy implementation, and client follow-ups. - Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience - Minimum5 years of experience in Dubai, ideally in real estate operations. - Strong local knowledge, including legal, regulatory, and business environment familiarity. - Preferred: Some level of technical awareness (comfortable with tech platforms, internal systems, and supporting tech-driven processes). - Leadership and people management skills. - Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
