Service Advisor

The service advisor is the bridge between the customer and the workshop.
If a customer ever feels surprised by an invoice, that is a failure of thisrole — clear, upfront communication is the whole job.

Key Responsibilities
- Open job cards and coordinate work with technicians
- Prepare written estimates and get customer approval before work starts
- Keep customers updated on progress and any changes in scope
- Prepare invoices and warranty documentation
- Handle service bookings by phone, WhatsApp and in person
- Follow up with customers after their visit Requirements
- 2+ years in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing workshop role.
- Fluent/Strong command of both Arabic and English (Required).
- Comfortable explaining technical issues in plain language.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license.
