Job Description About BMCC Center BMCC Center is an international educational and business development hub operating in Georgia and actively expanding across Europe and the Middle East. Our focus lies in integrating education, innovation, and business through international projects, exchange programs, and strategic initiatives. We are currently seeking a high-level professional who will join our team and take full responsibility for attracting strategic business partners and investors for BMCC projects. Important Note This is not a standard sales or administrative position. We are looking for a specialist focused specifically on: Investor acquisition Strategic partnerships Equity-based cooperation Long-term business collaborations Position Mission To identify, approach and secure strategic investors and business partners who will participate in BMCC's international growth and expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential investors and strategic partners Present BMCC projects and investment opportunities Conduct negotiations and manage partnership discussions Build and maintain investor relationships Close partnership and investment agreements Coordinate communication throughout the partnership process Candidate Profile Proven experience in Business Development or Investment Strong negotiation and communication skills Understanding of investment and partnership structures Established network in investor or business circles Fluent English communication Result-oriented and strategic mindset Preferred background in: - Fundraising / Capital Raising - Investor Relations - Strategic Partnerships - Startup Development - Private Equity or Angel Networks What We Offer Participation in an international, fast-growing project Involvement in strategic business decisions Performance-based compensation (success-based commission) Long-term cooperation opportunities Flexible working format Compensation will be discussed individually and will be based primarily on results and performance.
